ABOUT ME

Rose Physique has been providing fitness, diet, and training advice for over 5 years, helping various individuals along the way. In addition to this vast experience, I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree, in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Chester. My interest in health and fitness has always underpinned my own endeavors, from playing football at a high level to early morning resistance training sessions, my passion is imperative to my motivation and dedication.
